What is included in the price of my room?
- A private bathroom in each room
- Organisation and facilitation
- Activities offered by the organising team
- Access to all areas of the estate (meeting rooms, coworking spaces, lounges, library, theatre, sauna, outdoor areas, etc.)
Workshops spontaneously offered by residents operate on a free participation / donation / barter basis. - Please note: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room price. An optional add-on is available at €12.50 per person (optional and not mandatory).

Lunch (1:00 pm) — prepared
o By an external cook (or a duo).
o Occasional participation by residents.
Dinner (7:30 pm) — “Ashram” style
o 3 to 5 residents prepare the meal for the group.
o Table setting, washing up and tidying are handled collectively.
Meals are a core part of collective life:
we cook together and take care of the space together,
in a simple and convivial spirit.
Each resident contributes to:
Emptying the dishwasher
• Keeping kitchen spaces tidy
• Participating in a fluid and pleasant collective dynamic
• A small culinary guide will be available, with local and seasonal shopping tips
o The base will be vegetarian; shops are within walking distance to adapt to needs
Pricing flexibility?
A base rate (accommodation + food) + conscious contribution.
You may contribute more if you are able → this supports the balance of the project.
• If you are in a more fragile situation → contact us; volunteer missions may be proposed ;-).

- Minimum stay : 2 nights
- • Long stays strongly encouraged
- • Free arrivals and departures, preferably at meal times (lunch or dinner)
- • Recommended arrival days: Monday – Wednesday – Friday
Cleaning
Each resident is responsible for:
- • The cleanliness of their room
- • Preparing their room for the next resident
- Common spaces and bed linen are managed by the cleaning team.

- • Possibility to isolate oneself or disconnect according to one’s needs

Can I come with children?
We do not organise shared childcare on site.
However, if you wish to hire a babysitter to look after your child / children during the residence, here are three trusted contacts:

A typical day
- Morning: meditation, yoga, energetic awakening, poem by the fire
- Morning & afternoon: free practices (meditation, walking…) or personal work / coworking at the heart of the residence
- Evening: shared meal, circle, screening, discussion, games or rest
Weekend: celebration, concerts, free dance, co-created surprises
Registration
The Residence operates by invitation and word of mouth.
Each interested person is invited to fill in the application form.
Once your participation is confirmed, registration is validated by a deposit.
We encourage everyone to invite 3 to 5 people from your network:
friends, colleagues, project partners, people in transition or seeking meaning.
