Pendant quelques jours, leaders, entrepreneur·e·s et acteur·rice·s du changement sont invité·e·s à ralentir, élargir leur regard et questionner en profondeur nos manières de diriger, de créer et de faire société.À travers cercles de dialogue, expériences immersives et apprentissages partagés, cette pré-résidence pose les bases d’un leadership plus mature, régénératif et aligné avec les défis de notre époque.\n11 February: WORKSHOP 14:00-16:00\nHow can we help humanity grow up? (EN)\nWhat if the crises of our time are not signs of failure — but signs of immaturity, calling us to grow up as a species?\nHow Can We Help Humanity Grow Up? is a sharing circle where dialogue, ritual, embodiment, and collective inquiry meet.\nWe believe humanity is facing a deep developmental impasse, rooted in disconnection from nature, purpose, ritual, and community. Our relentless pursuit of economic growth has led to an extractive relationship with the planet, mirrored by a deep inner emptiness. And yet, a profound longing remains — to reconnect with life force and with one another.\nThe Dinner opens a space of wonder, presence, and connection.\nAn intimate evening where leaders sense that a new paradigm is already taking shape.\nThe Dinner is currently in the making and will be piloted for the first time at Domaine Saint-Roch.\nA co-creation by Kurt Demey (theatre maker & mentalist, Rode Boom) and Vincent De Coninck (transformative space designer, Innerpreneurs).\n \nThe Dinner\nEt si l’imagination était la compétence clé pour créer un monde plus harmonieux, en tant que leaders et entrepreneurs ?\nThe Dinner est une expérience immersive où l’art, le mentalisme et le leadership se rencontrent.\nSelon nous, notre humanité traverse une crise de l’imaginaire qui restreint notre potentiel humain. Et pourtant, un désir profond demeure en chacun de nous : celui de se reconnecter à l’élan vital et aux autres êtres vivants.\nThe Dinner ouvre un espace d’émerveillement et de lien.\nUne soirée intime où leaders et entrepreneurs entrent en résonance avec un nouveau paradigme en train d’émerger.\nThe Dinner est actuellement en cours de création et sera expérimenté pour la première fois au Domaine Saint-Roch.\nUne co-création de Kurt Demey (metteur en scène & mentaliste, Rode Boom) et Vincent De Coninck (transformative experience designer , Innerpreneurs).\n \n12-13 FEBRUARY: Introduction Regenerative Leadership\nIntroduction to Regenerative Leadership (EN)\nAn immersive learning experience where systemic insight, inner leadership, and real-world regenerative practice meet.\nWe believe the crises of our time call for leaders who can hold a wider perspective — sensing the bigger evolutionary picture while staying grounded in the concrete impact organisations have on ecosystems, communities, and society.\nThis workshop opens a space to explore regenerative leadership from multiple angles.\nParticipants are invited to step back and sense the larger systems at play, to engage in self-exploration, and to deepen their understanding of the core principles and capacities of regenerative leadership.\nAlong the way, we draw inspiration from regenerative businesses in Belgium and beyond, and explore practical frameworks and approaches rooted in lived leadership experience.\nAcross two sessions of three hours, this workshop offers an intimate learning space where leaders and entrepreneurs sense that a different way of doing business — and of being a leader — is already emerging.\nThe sessions are co-facilitated by Yassine Jelassi, independent interdisciplinary researcher in systemic change and regenerative leadership and lecturer in the MBA programme of the Regen School — France’s first business school dedicated to the regenerative economy — together with Anna Zanghi, Innerpreneurs experience and programme manager.\n12/2 – 14.00 > 17.00\n13/2 – 10.00 > 13.00\nMax 20 participants\nIntroduction au leadership régénératif (FR)\nUn moment d’apprentissage et d’inspiration intégrant vision systémique, développement intérieur et pratiques régénératives.\nLa méta-crise de notre époque appelle des leaders et des entrepreneur·e·s capables d’adopter une perspective plus systémique, tout en restant ancré·e·s dans l’impact concret des organisations sur les écosystèmes, les communautés et la société.\nCet atelier ouvre un espace pour explorer le leadership régénératif sous différents angles.\nLes participant·e·s sont invité·e·s à prendre de la hauteur, à s’engager dans une exploration intérieure, et à approfondir leur compréhension des principes fondamentaux et des capacités clés du leadership régénératif.\nRéparti en deux sessions de trois heures, nous nous inspirons d’entreprises régénératives en Belgique et ailleurs, ainsi que de cadres et de pratiques ancrés dans l’expérience concrète.\nLes sessions sont co-animées par Yassine Jelassi, chercheur interdisciplinaire indépendant spécialisé dans le changement systémique et le leadership régénératif, et enseignant dans le programme MBA de la Regen School — la première école de commerce en France dédiée à l’économie régénérative — ainsi que par Anna Zanghi, responsable de l’expérience et du programme chez Innerpreneurs.\n12/2 – 14.00 > 17.00\n13/2 – 10.00 > 13.00\nMaximum 20 participant·e·s\n \nTO REGISTER – POUR VOUS INSCRIRE\n==> https://passpass.be/fr/events/977/the-weavers-residency-february-1013?t=17mh\n
